FAQ


We know what you are thinking.1. Do you offer guarantees? Yes, we do. If a hired candidates leaves within a 60-days period, we offer refunds. If you fire them within that period we are committed to finding a better one, sending new candidates to choose from.
2. When is the starting date? We'll send you an invoice when the dev starts working at your company. In the SaaS model, the monthly fee is when we start outreaching to candidates.
3. When should the invoice be paid? Another great question. It's usually due within 2 weeks.

This is how the typical recruitment agency operates:1) Mis-alignment
- Easy placements: Recruiters will (maybe) invest time on you search, because they will always prioritize the “easier placement” roles/clients
- No placement, no fees: This formula doesn’t incentivize recruiters to deliver on every open position, specially hard ones.
- Low Quality: Recruiting is a hit-or-miss job, so recruiters send as many candidates as possible (even if they don't fit the criteria). The agency assigns the search to more than one recruiters (or even freelancers) to increase chances = more noise and less signal.
