Do you only work with Sr. Tech Talent?
We work mainly with Sr. talent like tech or team leaders, principal or staff engineers, first tech hires, etc. But we also find great people for mid-level or semi-senior roles.All of the candidates have over 5 years of experience, speak fluent English, and are motivated to work in long-term, full-time positions at US startups.
Are these only remote jobs?

We have more US based businesses looking to fill remote roles than anything else. But a few are also looking to fill hybrid or in-person roles – visa sponsorships and relocations are not common, but they do happen.

These are full time, long term positions at US start-ups. We don’t do staff augmentation or offer development services. You’ll be hired directly by one of our clients.

We do our best to find positions that match what you’re looking for and your skills, but the ultimate decision will be made by the company based on your resume and interviews.
Do I have to participate in coding challenges?
Maybe. We don’t have coding challenges of our own, but the companies looking to hire will typically conduct technical interviews that may include a live coding challenge, async challenge, or even paid testing projects.

Dani is a serial entrepreneur who has built tech teams in Latin America for over ten years. He is from Argentina and lives in Uruguay. With a background in psychology and business during the pandemic, he saw the opportunities that remote work brought for startup founders in the US looking to hire developers in less competitive markets and for senior developers looking for new opportunities.
